School Closure / Emergency Information

All school closures will be announced on the radio station WQHH (96.5 FM) Television announcements will be made on the ABC, FOX, CBS, and NBC affiliate stations. School closings will be sent to TV stations by 5:30 AM. In addition, if your listed telephone number is correct, you will receive an automated message at your home. If it is determined during a school session, that school will be closed the following day due to an emergency, students will bring a notice home.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is a name we all recognize as a hero.

Aside from being one of the most inspiring preachers in the history of the earth, he tried to make our country a better, more peaceful place. Little by little, I'm doing the same.

It may be little things like helping someone who's being bullied because they look different, but it's still helping. I believe I am keeping the same dream Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. kept when he was my age, a teenager, and throughout his entire life.
