Ms. Christensen's 5th Grade Class
February Newsletter
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I would like to thank all of the parents who were able to attend conferences. I enjoyed sharing your child’s progress and accomplishments with you. If you were unable to attend conferences, I would like to reschedule your conference time so that we can still have a chance to meet. Your student’s success is important to me and parent/teacher communication is a key component to your child’s academic achievement. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I normally check my email daily, and it is often the quickest and most efficient way to get in touch with me, or to discuss any of your concerns. I will respond promptly. My email address is chris4jl@gmail.com
VALENTINES DAY PARTY:
We will celebrate Valentines Day on Tuesday February 14th, 2012. A list of all of the student’s names in the class will be sent home in your child’s Monday folder. I have signed individual students up to bring in snacks for the party. Please let me know as soon as possible if you’re unable to bring in the item asked of you.
CLASSROOM SUPPLIES:
Make sure your child has notebooks available for all subjects, pencils and erasers in their pencil box at all times. Hand sanitizer and tissue boxes are also much needed items that your child need during this cold and flu season.
